Junior Invitation: Oberon Trainee Pro-Am Weekend
Dear Parents and juniors,
 On the weekend of the 11th-12th of March 2012 an opportunity exists for us to once again visit and play Oberon Golf club. The event also sees us trying to reclaim our title in the City versus Country junior competition on the Monday.
The aim is to take away 20 junior golfers and around 10 adults to experience some country hospitality with the opportunity to play one of my Country courses and also play some Trainee golf professionals on the Monday.
I have had a relationship with the Oberon Golf Club for over 11 years where I was there servicing golf pro for a number of years. This year we will also be taking some juniors juniors who don't have an AGU handicap as we will be setting up some short course tees.
The event is not compulsory and will initially be open to Scholarship players and sharks level 2 players. Once I have reached the quota for players to come I will no longer take any further bookings.

Sunday 11th March 2012
- 7 am Depart the Ridge Golf Driving Range.
- 8.00am Refreshment break at McDonalds( Blaxland).
- 10am Coaching clinic for juniors.
- 11-12 noon Individual Stableford
- 6.00pm Welcome dinner at Oberon GC
- 7.00pm Stay the night at the Big Trout Motor Inn
Monday 12th March 2012- Trainee Pro Am
- 7.30am Breakfast at The Big Trout
- 9.00am Shotgun start—Individual Stableford &teams event.
- 3.30pm Depart Oberon Golf Club.
- 6-6.30pm Arrive back at Barden Ridge

Travel: |
We plan to travel to Oberon by car. Adults coming along will be encouraged to also take some juniors whose parents won't be attending. |
Accom: |
Accommodation for the weekend will be at The Big Trout Motor Inn, while some may be staying at the Titania Motel also in Oberon.
Accommodation is on a share basis including breakfast.

Bring: |
Travel accessories, Golf clubs, buggies, (note: no hire buggies available at Oberon) golf clothes (Oberon can be very cold in summer so be prepared), and pocket money. |
Cost: |
Juniors = $165 and Adults = $195.
Includes: Accommodation, 2 games of golf. Dinner on Sunday, breakfast on
Monday morning and lunch on Monday after golf. |
